Tilt-and-lift cabinet and crate dollies provide leverage for raising and moving file cabinets, drums, cartons, and crates. Operators slide the tapered end of the dollies under the edge of an item they wish to move, and then they step down on the other end of the dollies to tilt and raise the item onto the dollies. The dollies have axle-mounted wheels under the tapered end that balance items on the dollies and prevent them from tipping. They also have swivel casters at the other end that allow the dollies to turn and maneuver around curves.
